Our smooth operation depends upon reserving personal treatment times for our
clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so
we can be ready for your treatment. First time clients need to arrive 15 minutes
prior to their scheduled treatment times.
Please arrive on time for your treatment. If you arrive late, we will finish your
treatment at the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee will remain
unchanged.
A credit card is necessary to secure any package appointment. Any cancellation
less than 24 hours in advance will be charged to your credit card at an amount
equal to 50% of the service booked. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the
service booked.
Gift certificates are non refundable and non transferable. They may be exchanged
for in-store credit. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of arrival.
